Having been involed in the hospitality industry in Ireland for the past 25 years, Rito Macari brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Emilas Ristorante, the restaurant named after his daughter. Born of Italian parents, he considers his background to be a hugely important influence on the restaurant, where he has been proprietor for the past 5 years. Rito looks forward to seeing you in the restaurant soon.

Born in Cassino in Italy Massimo (Max to his friends) gained years of experience ensuring guests were made feel welcome in the restaurants he worked in and this is no different here at Emilia's Ristorante. Max is renowned for his friendliness and for his ability to always remember your name!

Tony Proietto is head chef at Emilia's Ristorante. He was born in Florence Italy, hailing from the catering college "Bernardo Buontalenti" in Florence he has had years of experience in Italian cooking. After working in restaurants such as Hotel Mediterraneo and Ristorante Islamorada in Florence and Al Golf Club Le Pavoniere in the nearby city of Prato, Tony has arrived to Emilia's Ristorante to take care of all our customers, all in the name of Italian cuisine.
